  • All purchases are processed securely by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.

  • You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

  • Prices are displayed exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required.

  • Paddle is responsible for handling payment collection, tax compliance, and invoicing.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to code, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of SaaSKit or its licensors.

  • Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights.

7. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

  • Upload, post, or transmit harmful content, including viruses or malicious code.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaaSKit, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service,

  • Violation of these Terms,

  • Violation of applicable laws or rights of third parties.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the USA.

13. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.

  • Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
