Wi Platform began in 2018 with a bold idea: to create an integrated digital ecosystem that unified e-commerce, payments, and crypto wallets under a single user account. The vision was to simplify how people shop, pay, and manage their digital lives.
JoulesLabs partnered with Wi to bring this concept to life, building a scalable, modular system designed to serve as the foundation of an “Everything App” for the next generation of users.

Problem Statement
Wi’s key challenges were:
- Fragmented e-commerce and payment platforms that lacked interoperability
- Complex logistics for vendors and buyers in cross-border commerce
- Separate identity systems creating friction for users

Approach & Solution
Phase 1: Foundation (2018–2019)
We established the platform’s core architecture, building a multi-vendor e-commerce system with integrated payments.
Phase 2: Enhancement (2019–2021)
We introduced vendor grading, cashback, affiliate, and logistics systems to improve vendor performance and customer loyalty.
Phase 3: Mobile and Modernization (2023–2024)
The team launched the Wi Bazaar mobile app, redesigned the interface, and upgraded infrastructure for speed, scalability, and crypto integration.
