JoulesLabs reserves the right to reference completed projects in its portfolio, case studies, marketing materials, and business development activities unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Payments

Invoices shall be payable according to agreed payment terms.

Late payments may result in:

• Delayed delivery schedules.
• Additional administrative or recovery costs where permitted by law.

All fees are exclusive of taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
