In 2020, the ReviewX team set out to solve a common frustration for online store owners: the lack of authentic, flexible, and actionable product reviews. Existing plugins offered only basic star ratings or bloated interfaces that slowed stores down.
JoulesLabs partnered with ReviewX to build a multi-criteria product review plugin for WordPress and WooCommerce, enabling merchants to collect richer customer feedback, improve store credibility, and drive conversions, all without performance trade-offs.
