JoulesLabs partnered from day one to design and build a scalable fundraising ecosystem that evolved into a dual-model platform, serving both organizations and independent creators, now used by thousands across 130+ countries.

Crowdfundly aimed to:
- Streamline global fundraising under one platform
- Support both organizations and solo creators
- Enable instant fund transfers without holding user money
- Deliver a secure, modern interface accessible across devices
Our shared challenge was to combine beautiful UI with enterprise-grade reliability.
Approach & Solution
Phase 1: Foundation (2020-2021)
We launched the first version with a robust fundraising engine featuring:
- Multi-campaign support (donation, sponsorship, crowdfunding)
- Payment gateways: Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay
- Branding customization, domain setup, and team collaboration tools
A WordPress plugin followed, extending Crowdfundly to millions of WordPress site owners.
Phase 2: V3 Redesign (2022)
Based on community feedback, we delivered a major revamp improving performance, UI consistency, and scalability.
Phase 3: Crowdfundly for Creators (2023)
Recognizing the rise of the creator economy, we expanded to include:
- Personalized creator profiles
- Membership programs for fans
- Integrated digital shop and direct support options (“Buy me a Coffee” model)
- Instant fund transfers, funds go directly to creators’ accounts, not held by the platform
